Meet Sarah

A welcomed new voice to the music scene, Sarah Tromley brings a stripped-down and chilling sound to the masses. This Portland-raised singer/songwriter has been wooing the Los Angeles music community since her transplant a mere year ago.

Sarah’s passion for singing and performing first appeared when she was 3 years old. As a musician, she has learned to vibe in the highs and lows of life and has ultimately found herself and produced some of her best work through this journey.

With psychedelic rock and dreamy pop influences, Sarah’s voice transcends genres. Her unique vocal can be characterized as Lana Del Rey meets Jhené Aiko; blending sultry sounds with a soulful style.

Currently in the works, Sarah’s first extended playlist will encompass a 60s/70s psych rock vibe—raw guitar and Rhodes piano layered with wafting, lingering vocals. Most recently, Sarah introduced her sound to the world by releasing a haunting cover of Brett Young’s “Mercy” and a playfully alluring rendition of Ja Rule’s “Down Ass Bitch.”

Sarah takes her role a step further than singer/songwriter and finds herself inspired and involved through all stages of the production process—from writing, to producing, to mixing and mastering. Everyone has a “pinch me moment,” for Sarah, this was recording at Platinum Sound Recording studios in New York City and at Chalice Recording Studios in Los Angeles.

It’s always been music. I could sing before I could talk…”
